When should I plan to arrive for my appointment?
Please arrive 10-15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time so you will have time to check in and fill out any paperwork before your service begins.
Will you hold my reservation if I'm running late?
We know our guests are busy people with tight schedules. To deliver services efficiently we can only hold reservations for 10 minutes. If you happen to arrive later you will be considered a walk-in and we will accommodate you as much as we can.
Can I bring my children to soak?
In order for our spa services to be the most relaxing for you and our other guests, we ask that you do not bring your children with you to soak. We do welcome junior spa-goers if they are receiving services.
Cancellation Policy
We ask that you give 24 hour notice, if your notice is less than 12 hours you will be responsible for 50% of all services you book.
Respect Other Guests
A quiet space is maintained within the spa. Please remember to turn off or silence your mobile devices as well as utilize a "spa voice". This helps us maintain a relaxing, renewing environment within the spa.

Privacy and Comfort
For most spa treatments it is customary to disrobe completely; however, you should undress to your level of comfort. Our therapists are trained to keep you properly draped throughout the treatment, respecting your privacy at all times.
What Should I Wear?
If receiving a pedicure, remember to bring sandals. If you do not have any, or forget to bring them, we do offer disposable flip-flops.

How do I show my appreciation for excellent service?
Show your appreciation for our outstanding technicians by adding optional gratuity at the time of any service. A customary guideline for gratuity in the spa industry is 15-25%.
Are walk-ins welcome?
Although we highly recommend appointments, we do welcome walk in guests depending upon our availability, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Does soak accommodate groups?
Parties of 3 or more are required to put an upfront deposit of 50% at the time of booking, as well as having everyone arrive 15 minutes before your services. If a guest arrives late, we will accommodate the guest as much as possible. Service may be shortened if needed or substituted. You may bring your own food, wine, champagne for the part.
